My mum wants to move to Surrey
Surrey is her 1st choice, and somewhere on the south coast is her second choice. But she really doesn’t want to leave this house as it is now 4 times the prices we purchased it for. Apparently the community there is really down-to-earth, civilised, and “old-school”, just like when she lived in Derbyshire 20 years ago.

So I bumped into a secondary school friend of mine today. Joe Barbieri.
